Endyoro Terms of Use

The Platform is operated by Endyoro Sports Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India on 7 September 2026 (CIN U62011RJ2026PTC117713), with its registered office at G-12A, Dhawas Road, Janki Vihar, Heerapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302021, India.

In these terms, “Endyoro”, “we” and “us” mean that company. “You” means the person using the Platform, in whichever role.

You accept these terms when you create an account, and again each time you use the Platform. If you do not accept them, do not create an account.

These terms apply to everyone: Athletes, Coaches and Visitors. Coaches are additionally bound by the Coach Agreement and the Coach Data Processing Agreement, which incorporate these terms. Where the Coach Agreement says something more specific about coaching, that wins for Coaches; everything else here still applies to them.

These terms survive any Coaching Agreement. If you and your Coach sign your own contract about fees, availability or anything else, that contract is between the two of you. Endyoro is not a party to it. It cannot change these terms, and these terms keep applying to your use of the Platform whatever it says.

This agreement sits alongside our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Health and Safety Disclaimer, our Cookie Policy, our Data Retention Schedule, our Grievance Redressal Policy and our Minors and Parental Consent Policy. Read together, they are the whole agreement between us about the Platform.

If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

Endyoro is a training record and a coaching tool. It collects what you do, shows it on one timeline, works out derived figures such as readiness and training load, and gives the Coaches you have assigned a way to prescribe training and see what you actually did.

That is the whole of it. Endyoro is not any of the following:

• Not a medical device. It is not registered, certified or approved as one anywhere. Nothing it displays is a diagnosis, a treatment or a clinical measurement.
• Not a healthcare provider. We do not practise medicine, physiotherapy, dietetics or any other regulated profession, and no one at Endyoro is giving you medical advice.
• Not a substitute for a doctor. Readiness scores, heart-rate zones, recovery figures and nutrition totals are estimates built from the data you and your devices give us. Treat them as information, not instruction.
• Not a monitoring or emergency service. Nobody at Endyoro is watching your data for signs that something is wrong, and the Platform will not call anyone for you.

Training is physical activity and physical activity carries risk. Our Health and Safety Disclaimer sets out that risk, what you are taking on, and when to stop and see a doctor. You accept it before you start training on the Platform. It forms part of these terms and we do not repeat it here.

Signing in. There is no Endyoro password. You sign in either with Google, or with a one-time code sent to your email address. One-time codes expire in 10 minutes, allow five attempts, and can be used once.

This makes your email address the key to your account. Keep it secure. Anyone who can read your inbox can sign in as you and see your entire Training Record. If you think someone else has access, email support@endyoro.com and we will end your active sessions.

No sharing. Your account is yours alone. Do not share sign-in access, and do not let someone else use your account to log training as though it were theirs. A Coach who also trains keeps two separate things — a Coach account and, if they want one, their own Athlete account.

When we suspend or disable an account. We may suspend or disable an account for these reasons and no others:

We tell you first where we can. Before we suspend or disable your account we will tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to fix it or explain. We will act without notice only where waiting would make things worse — an account actively being used to attack the Platform, a live safety risk, or an order that requires immediate action. In that case we tell you as soon as we can afterwards.

A suspension is not a deletion. Your Training Record is kept while the account is suspended, and section 13 says what happens to it if the account is closed.

This is the part of Endyoro that works differently from the rest of the category, so read it in full.

Three slots

You may assign one Coach per discipline — run, strength and nutrition. Three slots. Each assignment is separate, separately accepted and separately revocable. You can fill one slot, all three, or none.

What a Coach sees

A Coach assigned to any one discipline can see your whole Training Record — running, strength, nutrition, wellness, recovery, body measurements and your compliance against the plan.

This is deliberate rather than incidental. A run coach cannot set load safely without seeing your fuelling and your sleep, and a nutrition coach cannot set intake without seeing your training volume. You are shown the full scope in words before you accept a Coach. An Athlete who does not want a given Coach to have that view does not assign them.

Within that:

• Prescribed Sessions are visible to all of your Coaches, because a run coach has to know a heavy strength session is scheduled the same day.
• Coaching Notes are visible only to you and the Coach who wrote them. Your other Coaches cannot read them. This is enforced in our API, not merely hidden in the interface.

What a Coach can and cannot do

Removing a Coach

You can remove a Coach at any time. Their access ends immediately. Coaching Notes they wrote stay on your timeline unless you delete them; the link is marked revoked with a timestamp, and history is never destroyed.

You may remove a Coach and assign another at any time, without needing the departing Coach's cooperation or agreement.

Your account survives your Coach leaving

If your Coach's account is suspended or closed, your account and your Training Record are unaffected. You keep everything — every session, every measurement, every note already written — and you may assign another Coach whenever you choose.

We are stating this plainly because it is the opposite of how most coaching software works. On many platforms the Athlete exists inside the Coach's account, and when the Coach goes, the Athlete's history goes with them. On Endyoro the account is yours. Your history is yours. A Coach is something you attach to it and detach from it.

No Coach-to-Coach handover

A Coach cannot pass your account to another Coach, hand your roster place to a colleague, or bring a replacement in on their way out. Only you can assign a Coach. Any transfer is athlete-initiated, every time.

We approve Coaches before they can coach on Endyoro. That approval is a check on the application in front of us — identity, stated discipline, stated certifications and experience. It is not an endorsement.

Endyoro does not endorse, supervise, verify on an ongoing basis, or guarantee any Coach's advice, qualifications, methods, availability or conduct. We do not review Prescribed Sessions before they reach you. We do not sit between you and your Coach.

Choosing a Coach is your decision. Ask for their credentials. Ask how they work. If the training you are given does not suit you, or you are not comfortable with the person giving it, remove them — section 6 tells you how, and it takes effect immediately.

Any Coaching Agreement is between you and your Coach. Fees, session counts, notice periods, refunds, guarantees: all of that is theirs and yours. Endyoro is not a party to it, does not enforce it, does not hold money against it, and is not responsible for either side's performance of it. These terms continue to apply to your use of the Platform whatever that agreement says.

You will not bring claims against us that belong against someone else. If you have a claim arising out of a Coach's advice or conduct, or another user's conduct, that claim is against them. You agree not to assert it against Endyoro. Our own obligations to you under these terms are unaffected by this.

If a Coach's conduct on the Platform breaches our Acceptable Use Policy, tell us at support@endyoro.com. We will act on it under section 5.

You own your Training Record. Every session, measurement, meal, check-in and reply you put into Endyoro stays yours. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of it to us.

To run the Platform we need permission to hold and work with it. So you grant Endyoro a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, display and analyse your Training Record, for one purpose only: to provide the Platform to you, and to the Coaches you have assigned.

What that licence is not:

This is narrower than the industry norm and we chose it deliberately. Most fitness platforms take a perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable licence to everything you upload, which lets them keep using your data after you have gone. We do not, because this is your training history. It is the record of years of work on your own body. The licence ends when your account does.

We may publish aggregate totals about Platform activity — for example total distance logged across all Athletes in a year. These are never broken down to a level at which an individual could be identified, never sold or supplied to anyone else, and never used to target advertising. Our Privacy Policy explains how we compute them, and covers the shared food catalogue on the same basis.

You can export your data at any time while your account is open. You do not need a reason, you do not need to ask, and we do not charge for it.

When a coaching relationship ends there is always a question about what each side takes away. Nobody in this category answers it, so we will.

Read that as two plain statements.

What was prescribed to you is yours. A Coach cannot take back your history when they leave, cannot strip sessions off your timeline, and cannot condition their departure on you giving anything up. You did the work and the record of it stays with you.

What was never prescribed to you is theirs. A Coach's template library, their block structure, their progressions and the plan they would have given you next are their professional work product. Access to the Platform is not a licence to copy that work and sell it, publish it, or coach others from it.

Both statements survive the end of the coaching relationship and the end of your account.

Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may not do on the Platform — how you may treat other users, what you may not upload, what you may not do to our systems, and what you may not do with data that is not yours.

It forms part of these terms. Breaking it is a reason for us to suspend or disable an account under section 5. We do not restate it here.

Endyoro is pre-launch software. We are building it and features will change. Things will be added, reworked and occasionally removed. Sometimes the Platform will be unavailable — for maintenance, for a fault, or because something a Connected Source or a processor runs has broken.

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we do promise:

• We will give you notice in the app or by email before we remove a feature you rely on, and where the feature holds data, we will tell you how to get that data out first.
• We will not remove your ability to export your Training Record or to delete your account.
• We will not reduce what you can see about your own data without telling you why.

Emergency changes to fix a security problem may happen without notice. We will explain them afterwards.

Endyoro does not currently charge for accounts and processes no payments. There is no card on file, because there is nowhere to put one.

If that changes, we will tell you before it takes effect, set out what is free and what is paid, and ask you to agree to the new terms. We will not charge you anything until you have agreed. Card and bank details will go directly to a payment gateway and never to us.

Anything you pay a Coach under a Coaching Agreement is paid to the Coach, outside Endyoro. We do not collect it, hold it, or refund it.

You can leave at any time. Delete your account from the app, at www.endyoro.com/delete-account, or by emailing privacy@endyoro.com. You do not need to give a reason and there is no notice period.

We can end it for the reasons in section 5, on the notice described there.

Either way:

• When you delete your account, we pause it for 30 days so you can change your mind, then permanently erase your personal data, except records we must keep by law. Encrypted backups clear within 35 days of the erasure.
• Your Coaches lose their view of you when your records go.
• Sections 8 (the part that says the licence has ended), 9, 14, 15 and 16 survive the end of this agreement. Nothing else does.

Our Privacy Policy and our account deletion page explain exactly what goes, what stays, what your Coach can still see, and how long each step takes.

We provide the Platform as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, that it will be free of faults, or that the figures it produces will be accurate for your body on a given day. Readiness, load, compliance, calorie and nutrition figures are estimates derived from the data available to us, and the quality of that data is largely outside our control.

We are not liable for:

• The advice, conduct, qualifications or performance of any Coach, or of any other user.
• Injury, illness or loss arising from training you chose to do. Our Health and Safety Disclaimer covers this.
• Data that a Connected Source records wrongly, fails to record, or stops supplying.
• A decision you took on the basis of a number on your timeline rather than on the basis of professional advice.

Indirect loss is excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for the loss of a race result, a sponsorship or a competitive opportunity, however it arises.

Our total liability is capped. Taken together, across everything arising out of these terms or your use of the Platform, our liability to you is limited to the greater of:

• the total amount you have paid Endyoro in the 12 months before the claim arose, or
• ₹10,000.

Since Endyoro does not currently charge, the cap is ₹10,000 today. We are telling you that plainly rather than leaving you to work it out.

What we do not disclaim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for wilful misconduct, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law — including our obligations as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Where a limit in this section goes further than Indian law allows, it applies only as far as the law allows and the rest of this section stands.

You will cover us for loss, damage, claims from third parties, and reasonable legal costs, where they arise from:

• your breach of these terms,
• your breach of our Acceptable Use Policy, or
• your unlawful use of the Platform.

That is the whole of it. This indemnity does not cover anything caused by our own act or omission, and it does not apply to a claim we settled without asking you first. We will tell you promptly about any claim we expect you to cover, and let you take part in defending it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the Platform. You and we both agree to that.

This does not take away any right you have to complain to the Data Protection Board of India about how we handle your personal data, or any other remedy Indian law gives you that cannot be signed away. Our Grievance Redressal Policy sets out how to raise something with us first, and we would rather you did.

When we change these terms we update the “last updated” date at the top. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and give you time to read it. Continuing to use the Platform after that means you accept the new version. If you do not accept it, delete your account under section 13.
