Support

Endyoro is a training platform for endurance athletes and the coaches who work with them. Support is answered by the small team that builds the product, so you get a real answer rather than a ticket number.

Contact

support@endyoro.com

We reply within two business days. Tell us the date of the session and which watch or app it came from and we can usually settle it in one reply.

Connected devices and accounts

Endyoro reads training from the device you already own. Every connection is made by you, from one screen, and can be undone from the same screen.

Connect a COROS account

Go to Settings → Connected accounts → Connect COROS. That opens COROS's own sign-in page, where you review what Endyoro is asking for and authorise it. COROS sends you back here and the connection is live. Nothing is read from your COROS account before you complete that step — we never ask for your COROS password, and we could not use it if you gave it to us.

Disconnect a COROS account

Same screen: Settings → Connected accounts → Disconnect, next to COROS. Disconnecting revokes Endyoro's access token with COROS and stops all further sync immediately — no new workouts, no new health data, no background requests. Workouts already imported stay in your Endyoro history; deleting your account removes those too.

Link a Garmin account

Go to Settings → Integrations → Garmin account → Connect Garmin account. That opens Garmin's own sign-in page, where you choose what to share. Garmin sends you back here and the link is live. We never ask for your Garmin password. Garmin sends us what you record from then on, not your history. Sending your plan to Garmin (“Send my plan to Garmin”) and letting AI use your Garmin data (“Use my Garmin data in AI”) are separate switches, and each is off until you turn it on. While your account holds data from Garmin and the AI switch is off, the training assistant and the dashboard summary stay off.

Disconnect a Garmin account

Same panel: Disconnect. We first ask Garmin to remove the upcoming workouts and the courses we put on your Garmin account (past sessions stay in your Garmin calendar as your own history), then end the link at Garmin, then delete the tokens. You then choose whether to keep what already synced or delete it. You can also remove Endyoro inside your Garmin account. We then ask you the same question the next time you open the app, and delete after 30 days without an answer.

What Endyoro reads, and what it writes

From a connected watch account we read:

  • Completed workouts — activity type, start time, duration, distance, pace and cadence, plus the detailed workout file where the vendor provides one.
  • Daily health data — sleep, resting heart rate and HRV (on an iPhone also SpO2 and VO2max). This comes from your phone's health store (Apple Health or Android Health Connect), which you grant separately, or from your Garmin or COROS account if you link it. From Garmin we keep everything it sends except women's health data — sleep (with Garmin's sleep score, overnight blood oxygen and breathing rate), resting heart rate, overnight HRV, heart-rate readings through the day (used to work out your overnight lowest heart rate), daily steps and activity, Body Battery and stress, VO2max, and weigh-ins, blood pressure, skin temperature and Health Snapshots where your devices record them. From COROS we read your sleep (with COROS's sleep score), sleep HRV, resting and overnight heart rate, and daily steps, calories, floors and stress. The vendors' sleep scores, Body Battery and stress are shown as reported and never enter your readiness. We do not collect Training Readiness or women's health data.

We write two things back, and only to watches and accounts that support them: the sessions in your plan, as structured workouts you can start from the watch, and a course's route where a session has one. To a Garmin account they go only after you turn on “Send my plan to Garmin”. We never write health data or measured results to your device or your vendor account.

We do not read contacts, messages, location outside the workout track itself, or payment details.

When a workout shows up

On a Garmin, the Endyoro watch app sends a session to us itself, through your phone's Bluetooth connection to the watch — so keep your phone nearby with Bluetooth on. A run recorded away from the phone uploads the next time you open the Endyoro app on the watch with the phone in range. A COROS workout reaches us about five minutes after it syncs to the COROS app; if it is not in the COROS app yet, there is nothing for us to receive. With a linked Garmin account, Garmin sends a session to us after your watch syncs with Garmin Connect. If you also use the Endyoro app on the watch, you see the run once: we keep the Endyoro app's copy.

Other devices we support

  • Garmin — install the Endyoro Connect IQ app from the Garmin store, open it, and enter the 6-character code it shows in Settings → Integrations (web) or Settings → Watch (phone). This pairing needs no Garmin sign-in. You can also link your Garmin account, separately, on Garmin's own sign-in page. We never ask for your Garmin password. The app also runs prescribed sessions with live pace and heart-rate targets.
  • Apple Health — connect in the Endyoro iOS app and grant read access to Activity, Sleep, Heart and Respiratory data. Covers Apple Watch and anything else writing to Health.
  • Android Health Connect — connect from the Endyoro Android app and grant steps, sleep and heart data. Covers Samsung Galaxy Watch and most Wear OS devices.

Troubleshooting

A workout has not appeared.
On a Garmin, open the Endyoro app on the watch with your phone nearby and Bluetooth on — a session recorded away from the phone is held on the watch and sent from there. If the watch says it is not paired, pair it again with a new code. On COROS, check the COROS app first: if the workout is not there, the watch has not synced and Endyoro has nothing to receive. If it is there and fifteen minutes have passed, open Settings → Connected accounts: an expired or revoked COROS link shows Reconnect COROS. Reconnecting replays anything that arrived while the link was down, but it cannot fetch workouts your watch never sent.
The same workout appears twice.
That is two sources reporting one session — usually a watch account connection and a phone health connection both forwarding the same run. Delete whichever copy you do not want from the workout itself, then turn off the source you do not need in Settings → Connected accounts. We merge only sessions whose start times are within a few minutes of each other, so a manually logged duplicate will not be caught automatically. If the Endyoro app on your Garmin and your Garmin account both send the same run, we keep one: the Endyoro app's copy.
Pace targets are not showing on my watch.
Sync the watch after your coach publishes the week — targets travel with the workout, not separately, so a watch that has not synced since the session was published will not have them. On Garmin the session is delivered by the Endyoro Connect IQ app, or, if you linked your Garmin account and turned on “Send my plan to Garmin”, to your Garmin calendar; on COROS it lands in your training calendar on the watch. Apple Watch cannot receive prescribed sessions yet, so those workouts come back to us as completed activities only.
How do I delete my account and my data?
On the web: Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete account. On your phone: Settings → Account → Delete account. Signed out, use www.endyoro.com/delete-account. We email you a code to confirm it is you. Your account is then paused for 30 days: any linked coach loses access at once, and you can restore the account at any time by signing in or with the link in our email. We remind you 3 days before the date, then permanently delete your profile, workouts, health data and every device connection. Want a copy first? Download your training yourself in Settings → Privacy & Data → Download your data — it also works during the 30 days.

Privacy and your data

Your training and health data is used to serve you and the coaches you have explicitly linked to your account. Nobody else sees it. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or analytics.

The full detail — every category we collect, who can see it, which processors we use, where it is stored, how long we keep it and your rights under the DPDP Act — is in our privacy policy.

Disconnecting a device stops new data arriving. Deleting your account removes the data we already hold. Privacy questions, including a request for a copy of what we hold, go to privacy@endyoro.com.
